OUR MISSION: Advocates of Healthy Minds in Fort Bend County is dedicated to promoting mental health and achieving victory over mental illness through advocacy, education, awareness, programs and activities that support a well balanced life.
WHAT WE BELIEVE: We believe that minds matter. If you believe that each mind matters, then support our efforts to STOP the stigma of mental illness! We all must step up and speak up and make a difference in other's lives. We must all achieve victory over mental health issues through education, awareness and advocacy.
Healthy minds make for healthier families and communities. We want to ensure that every person in our community has access to the tools and resources they need to achieve and maintain great mental health.

WHY WE CARE
After a year and a half of filming all over the US and interviewing many experts in their fields, individuals that have lost a love one or may be suffering right now with mental health issues, our non profit organization (Advocates of Healthy Minds) is able to now release our 8 episode documentary/video "How to Save Young Adult's Lives' (Suicide Prevention)". It is meant for middle school, high school and college students, all young adults, parents, administrators, school boards, PTA's and PTO's, mental health counselors and any adults that are in contact with these ages of youth. We sincerely feel that by hearing these episodes lives will be saved!
